What is your returns policy?

If you wish to cancel an order or return the products for a full refund, please contact us at info@beartosay.co.uk. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you, within 28 days of delivery. Once received, we will send out a replacement bear or refund the full amount minus the delivery charge (charged at cost), as per your instructions.
