Refunds & Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your Bear To Say... for an exchange or refund, please contact us at:-

Please include with your email:

• Name, address and telephone number
• Delivery number (Located on your Delivery Note)
• A note describing your reasons for the return, and
• request for either a credit or exchange.

Upon receipt of your Bear To Say..., we will issue you with a product credit, refund or exchange.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Changes to Your Order

If you request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the change. However we are committed to fulfilling orders quickly and efficiently, and therefore cannot guarantee that a change to your order can be made if your Bear To Say... has already been made. Please take care in selecting dates and name spellings in particular.
